Please check and update My.SCOUT – especially photo permissions…please say YES or NO.
You may get an email from My.SCOUT in January asking you to log on and fill in a few questions about your young person. This is the annual census and is really important. Please action as soon as possible.

Gift aid – look out for the Gift Aid Declaration email – worth an extra £2.50 a month on top of subs to us at no cost to you.

New My.SCOUT coming soon
An update is on it's way from the providers of My.SCOUT which make the user experience a whole lot better! You will need to create an account for your young person and log in each time, however, it will be much easier to use, navigate and mange all your young people (if you have more than one!) in the same place. Watch this quick introduction video - click on the OSM logo to the left - and as soon as we know more about the changeover date, we'll be in touch.
Annual Scout Census
The annual census is fast approaching. This is when all Scout Groups in the UK have to report the numbers of members we have to the National HQ so they can ensure we are adequately insured, etc. It is from this that we are then charged the District, County and National membership fee which is £45 per person this year. Don't worry, we include this in subs, so you won't be getting a bill! To help us, it would be really useful if you could please respond to the census email (if you get one!) which should only take a minute or two but helps us no end!
