Good evening parents

 

Welcome back to the new academic year at 11th Folkestone. We hope you all had a great summer break.

 

You should this evening have received an email from My.SCOUT asking you to set up a new direct debit for subscriptions for 2015/16. The old direct debit  used previously expired in July as it had reached the limit set. Please could you click on the link in the email and follow the instructions. It should only take a few minutes to set up as you will already have an account with GoCardless. You can, of course, continue to pay manually by clicking the ‘pay now’ button.

 

If you have a few minutes, could I please ask that you also check and update your young person’s personal details. You can do this by using the link in the direct debit email and clicking ‘personal details’ at the top of the page. The suppliers of My.SCOUT have done some updating of the system over the summer and some of the information we had in the system may be in the wrong box!
