Good evening everyone.

It’s our AGM on Monday 21st June at 7pm. This is an important part of our charity’s year and a legal requirement to hold within 6 months of the end of our financial year (31st December) so, for the second (and hopefully final) time we’re going to hold it online and limit it to just the business bits. It should last no longer than 20 minutes, promise! We really need you (parents!) to take part by having a look through the trustees annual report, take a peak at the finances and cast your votes for the bits that need approval or voting.

The AGM will be broadcast live on Monday at 7pm via Facebook on our public Group page – https://www.facebook.com/11thfolkestone and you’re very welcome to join us. For it to all be valid and legal, we need at least 10 people to join us, so please help out.

Date for your diary… Tuesday 7th September 2021 – Awards Gala. A face to face evening at the hall for all members of the Group, their parents and volunteers to celebrate and recognise all the achievements of our young people and volunteers with badges, trophies and awards galore. Keep an out for more details soon.
