Lego Challenges

Hi Beavers This week, we thought you’d like a go at some challenges. 1 & 2 can be completed using Lego or anything else you’ve got around the house. 1/ Make a noughts and crosses game. You will need a base board and bricks to make 9 squares. You can either use coloured bricks in two colours to represent the noughts and crosses or mini figures (but make sure you know who is using each figure!). Challenge someone else in your household to a game. 2/ Make a marble maze. You will need a large baseboard and different sized bricks. Weekly update #3 Dear parents/carers Another week passes and I continue to be amazed at the efforts and attitude of our members as we progress through these challenging times. Firstly, I was so humbled with the response from last week’s email. I know financially times are tough for many, so a huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who contacted me to offer their support and encouragement surrounding subs and keeping the Group running. Lets get musical

Everybody loves bagpipes, right? Ok maybe not but, we know the kids love them. We’ve found some simple instructions on how to make bag pipes at home. All you’ll need is 2 straws, a rubbish bag, scissors, tape and 2 recorders.
